How to pay the rent?

Please log into your apartment Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment interface, check the items to pay, and click pay to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online payments, please ensure your card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, fill in the cardholder information, and ensure the card has sufficient funds and is enabled by the bank for transactions. Note, the card does not need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account under the guidance of your consultant and complete the payment at the bank. Also, keep in mind that wire transfers may take multiple business days to process, so plan your payments in advance.
