The Marishta Student Apartment is situated at the intersection of Wendel Road and Marishta Road and has a history of over fifty years. **【Prime Location, Convenient Transportation】** Directly across from the apartment is Singapores famous 24-hour Hawker Centre and several restaurants, providing a wealth of dining options at your fingertips. Additionally, various banks, shopping malls, supermarkets, clinics, and hospitals, as well as the renowned Sun Yat-sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, are all nearby, greatly facilitating daily life. Novena Station and Braddell Station are just a stones throw away, making it easy to reach major universities via public transportation. **【Comfor Environment】** We are committed to providing students with a high-quality and comfor living environment. The apartment is equipped with a security system, air conditioning, recreational areas, study corners, daily cleaning, laundry services, and internet access throughout the building. There is no access control at the apartment; instead, it features 24-hour safety locks that can be unlocked using the student’s fingerprint (additional service charges apply). **【Room Types Overview】** - The apartment comprises 6 buildings, each 2/3/4 stories tall, with no elevators. - Third floor: Contains communal areas, shared kitchen, bathrooms, and some male students rooms. - Other floors: Various types of rooms and bathrooms. - A total of 60 rooms with 150 bed spaces (subject to availability). **【Facilities and Services】** 1. Rent includes: utility bills, internet, room cleaning, and laundry services (unlimited and free) *no dryers available. 2. Kitchen facilities: Water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, and oven (*no gas facilities; cooking and frying are prohibited). **【Fee Details】** - Deposit: One months rent (refundable upon check out, non-refundable if breached). - Registration Fee: One-time payment of SGD 200 upon check-in. - Guardianship Service (optional when parents do not accompany): SGD 400 per month. **【Terms and Conditions】** - All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). - The minimum length of stay is three months. - Reservations are only valid after a one-month deposit is paid. - Upon formal check-in, three months rent must be paid. - Payment cycles are every three months, with prepayments covering the following three months’ rent. - If the student cannot stay until the next payment cycle, only the relevant fees need to be paid. - Students must notify the apartment at least one month in advance before moving out. - The accommodation fee for the first three months includes a one-time registration fee of SGD 200.
