### Apartment Rental Information **Rental Description** The following prices do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST), and the actual rent may vary. **Lease Requirements** - The minimum lease period is 3 months. - Once reserved, the lease start date cannot be changed. **Fee Details** - Room Change Fee: $162 (including tax) - ion Fee: $54 (including tax) - Peak Season Surcharge: - June/November: 3% - July/August/December/January: 7% All the above fees include utilities, but do not cover the cost of pillows, pillowcases, and bed linens. These items must be purchased separately if required. - A one-time management fee of $180.00 is due at check-in. - A security deposit equivalent to one months rent and one month’s prepaid rent is required at signing, with all payments due at check-in. - Once a reservation is canceled, the security deposit or booking fee will not be refunded. - A management fee of $160.50 is charged for room changes requested at check-in. - The additional fee for ing a specific room is $54, and utilities will be charged separately. - The management reserves the right to change the above fees at any time without prior notice. **Apartment Features** - Room Type: Four-person / Six-person - Facility Details: The apartment offers over 100 uniquely decorated, fully furnished rooms. Each room is equipped with bunk beds, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, pantry (with microwave, refrigerator, water heater, and induction stove), fiber optic broadband, and 24-hour security. - Common areas include a badmn court, gym, basketball court, TV lounge, study room, and barbecue area for residents use. **Location** YOHA @ Henderson provides a high-quality living environment for students. The dormitory is just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop and is close to the Tiong Bahru MRT station. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, including multiple restaurants, food courts, convenience stores, as well as a post office, police station, and bank, catering to the daily needs of students. - Approximately 628 meters from Red Hill MRT station, about a 5-minute walk. - Approximately 4.2 kilometers from SMU/Kaplan/Nafa/Lasalle, about a 20-minute bus ride to school. - Approximately 3 kilometers from MDIS, about a 20-minute bus ride to school. **Extension Policy** 1. A notice of at least two weeks before check-in is required to request an extension, along with specific extension dates. 2. One free extension is allowed before check-in; if further extensions are needed, a request must be submitted to the apartment based on individual circumstances, and the possibility of another free extension will be determined by the apartment’s response. 3.
