**Apartment Rental Terms** The minimum rental period is three months. **Included Fees** - WiFi - Utilities (maximum $100 per month per room, maximum $125 per month for 2 people sharing a room; an additional $200 will be charged for two people in one room) - Quarterly air conditioning maintenance service - Weekly cleaning service for common areas **Reservation Process** 1.
