**Apartment Rental Terms** The minimum rental period is three months. **Included in the Price** - WiFi service - Utilities (capped at $100 per room per month, $125 for double occupancy) - An additional $200 for double occupancy in the room rent - Quarterly air conditioning service - Weekly cleaning service for common areas **Booking Process** 1. Sign the lease agreement 2. Make the payment **Required Fees for Room Booking** - Security deposit (equivalent to one months rent) - One-time administration fee: $218 (including consumption tax) - Government stamp duty (calculated based on specific circumstances) - One months rent (inclusive of a $50 membership fee) - Move-out fee: $163.5-$273 (including GST, depending on room type); this fee will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the member after the lease ends. * The security deposit will be returned within 45 days after the lease expiration. - A notice must be given 30 days before the lease expiration for renewal or moving out. **Important Information for Residents** - All rooms are mixed-gender. - Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations.
