The apartment fosters an equal and friendly tenant culture (no landlord supervision) with strict tenant ion, primarily targeting international students and local white-collar professionals. The apartments are often located near MRT stations and shopping malls, providing a quality living environment and convenient resources for friends holding long-term residency in Singapore. 2. The security deposit is usually paid after signing the lease. A one-year lease requires a one-month deposit, while a two-year lease requires a two-month deposit. After moving out, the landlord will complete the inspection and return the deposit within a week. 3.
