Conveniently located near the subway station, providing easy access to National University/Curtin University. ### Apartment Regulations 1. Utilities are to be shared among tenants on a monthly basis; the internet fee is S$12 per month, and a cleaning fee of S$20 per month applies (if the room is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged). A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent plus a S$200 utilities deposit is required. 2. Subletting the room is not allowed, visitors are prohibited from entering, and smoking and noise-making are strictly prohibited in the room to avoid disturbing neighbors and other housemates. 3. Doors and windows in the room, as well as bathroom doors and windows, should be opened and closed gently; forceful handling is forbidden. Please follow operating instructions when using the washing machine and dryer. It is essential to maintain cleanliness in both private rooms and common areas. If damages to shared facilities, bathroom blockages, etc., cannot be attributed to an individual, all tenants will equally bear the related costs. Within ten days of moving in, images and videos of the rooms interior must be sent for reference upon moving out. Any damage occurring in the personal room after ten days of occupancy will be the responsibility of the tenant. 4. Air conditioning units must be cleaned every three months at a cost of S$30; if occupancy exceeds one year (including one year), a chemical clean must be conducted annually at a cost of S$90. 5. The entire apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including both males and females, with a preference for quiet working professionals and students. 6. If check-in occurs after midnight, a night service fee of S$200 per person will apply. 7. Rent is payable quarterly; it is recommended to transfer or pay in cash in Singapore dollars, and tenants should have the funds ready in advance. 8. Booking amount: (subject to specific property) + S$200 utility deposit per person + rental deposit per person (equivalent to one month’s rent). 9. Cleaning fee upon move-out: Master bedroom S$80 per occasion, regular room S$50 per occasion. 10. Tenants must keep the apartment access card and keys secure; if the access card or keys are lost, a fee of S$200 will be charged for replacement or locksmith services (i.e., changing the lock). Confirmation of the booking requires providing your passport, IPA/STP, and flight information (if not available at the time, it can be submitted later), and a contract must be signed upon check-in. ### Move-Out Timing Guidelines For instance: if the rental period is from 2024/6/30 to 2024/7/31, the move-out dates must be either 2024/6/30 or 2024/7/31; no other dates outside this period will be accepted for move-out.
