Its prime location allows easy access to nearby shops, supermarkets, and entertainment venues such as cinemas. There are bus stops close to the apartment, making daily commuting convenient. We offer a variety of room types that are thoughtfully designed and furnished with modern decor, equipped with complete living amenities including hot and cold water, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. According to the apartment regulations, a cleaning fee of NZD 150 is required upon checkout. b. The bond will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the tenancy ends, from the apartments company trust account. c. Regarding subleasing: According to the apartment rules, subleasing of student apartments requires finding a tenant on your own and completing the necessary procedures at the front desk. The costs associated with subleasing are to be borne by the sublessor; please inquire at the apartment front desk for specific amounts. Please read carefully the emails and contracts sent by the apartment, and refer to the relevant documents for check-in time and location. If you need to check in outside of business hours, please contact the apartment in advance.
