Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dining area, lounge, and bathroom, and boasts a prime location near Auckland University of Technology and the University of Auckland, making it an ideal living choice for students. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities including a food court, Asian restaurants, convenience stores, and banks, ensuring a convenient lifestyle. *Local residents and backpackers are welcome to stay. ### Apartment Facilities - Front desk hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM; night staff from 10 PM to 9 AM. - The building features a friendly multilingual management team, with services available in Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, English, Japanese, and Burmese. - Secure access card system (building entrance/elevators). - Four elevators are available, with two in each building. - High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises. - 24-hour surveillance cameras ensure security. - Two fully equipped laundry rooms (open from 8 AM to 10 PM). - Each building has a waste disposal room. - The front desk offers vacuum cleaners and irons for borrowing. - A small supermarket is nearby, and there are vending machines for drinks and snacks within the building. - The apartment features two on-site restaurants that offer a variety of dining options. ### Notes a. According to the apartment regulations, a cleaning fee may be charged upon check-out. Please consult the front desk for specific information; the final amount will be based on actual circumstances. b. The deposit will be refunded to the tenants designated account from the apartments company trust account within 7-14 working days after the tenants departure. c. Subleasing Fee: Tenants wishing to sublease their apartments must find their own tenants and complete the transfer procedures at the front desk. The fees for subleasing will be borne by the sublessee, with specific amounts determined by the front desk. *Please carefully review emails and contracts issued by the apartment to confirm check-in times and locations according to the apartment documents. If you need to check in outside of working hours, please be sure to contact the apartment in advance.
