Please notify the host family at least two weeks in advance when moving out. The specific price and address will be based on the confirmation information provided by the supplier at the time of application. We do not accept applications for check-ins within three weeks, and international bank transfers require an additional fee to ensure the full amount is received. If you need to check in on weekends, holidays, or outside of regular working hours, please confirm with the apartment in advance. Starting January 1, 2025, the application fee for minor applicants will be $350, while the application fee for applicants aged 18 and over will be $300. Due to the possibility of real-time changes in the cancellation policy, it is recommended to refer to the offer or contract provided.
