Student Apartment Information This apartment is ideally suited for students attending Sunway University, Monash University, and Taylor's University: - Taylor's University: Just a 15-minute walk via Canopy Walk - Monash University: 15-minute walk via Canopy Walk, or only 5 minutes by BRT (1 stop) - Sunway University: Only a 10-minute walk via Canopy Walk Room Fees Include: - Utility subsidization (varies by room type) - Free Wi-Fi - Water charges and sewage treatment fees - Monthly cleaning service for common areas (4 times) Full Apartment Fee Details: - Tenants are responsible for their own internet, water, sewage treatment, and electricity fees.
