[Fees] No deposit is required, and the stamp duty ranges from 50 to 100 RM. The rent includes utilities (providing air conditioning for up to 10 hours a day, with an additional charge of 100 RM for any usage beyond 10 hours), internet fees, detergents, toilet paper, weekly cleaning service, and weekly bed linen changes. Cancellation and early termination policy: For normal lease termination or early termination, please provide a seven-day notice.
