How to refund a deposit
Once the deposit is paid, the booking is non-refundable, and the start date cannot be arbitrarily changed. If the contract is fulfilled without breach, the deposit will be refunded.

How to cancel a lease
Ending the contract early will be considered a breach, and the deposit will not be refunded. The apartment has the right to recover the remaining rent for the contract period.

Overall, it’s pretty good! The staff are especially friendly, and the breakfast is fairly varied, though I’m not sure whether they’ll add more options in the future. The facilities are all very complete, except the bathroom is really a bit small. There’s a small crack on the cabinet. The fire door makes a loud sound when opening and closing, so if your roommate isn’t very considerate, it might bother you. I’ll add more later.
