[Rental Period] Rent starts from one month. Welcome to our co-living space located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur! We offer 500 Mbps wireless internet, comfortable work desks, comprehensive laundry facilities (including dryers and washing machines), and an all-inclusive kitchen. [Fees] No deposit is required, and the stamp duty is between 50-100 MYR. The rent includes utility costs (10 hours of air conditioning provided daily, with an additional charge of 100 MYR per month for excess), internet fees, detergent, toilet paper, weekly cleaning fees, and weekly bed linen changes. We have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The accommodation types are as follows: - Feature Room (master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub) - accommodates up to 2 people. - Quad Room (large room with an en-suite bathroom) - accommodates up to 4 people. - Super Single Room (medium room with an en-suite bathroom) - accommodates up to 2 people. - Mini Single Room (small room with a private bathroom) - suitable for 1 person. - Medium Bedroom (with 2 single beds) - accommodates up to 2 people. Regarding cancellations and subleasing: Normal lease termination or early termination requires seven days' notice. If notice is not given in advance, one week's rent will be deducted from the remaining balance. Please note that subleasing is not allowed.
