This shared apartment in Toulouse offers a comfor room that is fully equipped and furnished, allowing you to move in easily with just your personal belongings. Each room has a lockable door for your privacy. The furnishing includes a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a duvet, pillows, and more, ensuring great convenience.
The apartment is situated in the "Capitole" district of downtown Toulouse, boasting an excellent location surrounded by a vibrant environment filled with public transport, restaurants, and shops. It is on the first floor and has been fully renovated, featuring a spacious kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, ware, toaster, and various kitchen utensils. Additionally, the accommodation includes items such as hangers, a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies ( dustpans and brushes, mops and buckets, brooms, and bagless vacuum cleaners). All furnished shared apartments include all costs: unlimited Wi-Fi, housing insurance, electricity, water, household waste tax, and apartment fees. Our apartments are fully equipped (including washing machines, dishes, decor, etc.), and maintenance services are provided by a professional team.

The Capitol community is the historic center of the Pink City, developed around Capitol Square, a gathering place for Toulouse residents to come together, share, and enjoy life. Here you will find the historic Capitol building, which now serves as the City Hall of Toulouse, along with the nearby Capitol theater—a historical building from the 19th century renowned for ballet and lyrical arts. The Capitol district is situated along the Garonne River, close to the Carmes district, and is one of the smallest yet most charming areas in Toulouse. It is home to numerous museums and historical buildings, such as the Old Toulouse Museum, the Augustins Museum, as well as the Notre-Dame de la Daurade and Saint-Sernin Basilica. The area boasts excellent public transport links and is rich with bars, restaurants, and shops, and it is also home to prestigious universities, including the Toulouse Law School (Toulouse 1 University Capitole).
Minimum stay: 1 month. The apartment is eligible for the Family Allowance (CAF), which can cover up to €258/month. The Family Allowance is a free public service available to everyone, including foreigners, which can financially assist you in covering part of your housing costs based on your circumstances. Service fee: starting at €690. The service fee covers the costs of signing the lease and the support services available to you throughout your stay, including maintenance and repairs of the equipment, as well as timely assistance when needed.
