**Check-in Information**
Check-in is only allowed on weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that once your application is confirmed through the Uniplaces platform, you must transfer the deposit (equivalent to one months rent for bookings of up to 5 months; for bookings exceeding 2 months, the deposit will be charged from the 6th month onwards) and management fee (amount specified below and in the quotation) to the landlord within one week. Please note that the management fee is determined by the duration of the lease: 40% of one months rent for 1-5 months; 60% for 5-10 months; and 75% for leases of 10 months or longer. Check-in times are limited to weekdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. CAF/APL has been accepted.
The landlord speaks English, French, and Korean. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card payment, and monthly automatic payments. According to French law, proof of home insurance is required at check-in, and if needed, the landlord can assist you in purchasing home insurance. If the lease term is less than one year, an inventory exit fee may be charged (the specific amount will be mentioned before signing the contract). Please note that the landlord does not reside at this property.
