**Rental Information**
Check-in hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, so please arrange in advance. Note that after your application is confirmed via the Uniplaces platform, you are required to transfer the deposit (equivalent to one months rent for bookings of up to 5 months, or a proportional amount of the monthly rent starting from the 6th month for bookings exceeding a 2-month lease) and management fees (the specific amount will be detailed below and in the quote) to the landlord within one week. The rental agreement must be submitted along with the following documents: ID card or passport, employment contract, university admission letter (if applicable), recent pay slip, latest tax return, guarantor documents (including a recent pay slip and ID card or passport as proof of address, and references from previous landlords, etc.).
Please be aware that management fees vary based on the length of stay: 40% of one months rent for 1-5 months; 60% for 5-10 months; and 75% for stays of 10 months or longer. Check-in can only be conducted on weekdays between 10 AM and 3 PM, and CAF/APL is accepted.
Your landlord can communicate in English, French, and Korean. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card payment, and automatic monthly payments. According to French law, you must provide home insurance at the time of check-in; if needed, the landlord can assist you in purchasing the relevant insurance. If the rental period is less than one year, an exit inventory fee may apply (the specific amount will be communicated before signing the contract). Please note that your landlord does not reside at the property.
