Our team will provide a complete set of furniture for all apartments (such as washing machines, ware, decorations, etc.) and will be responsible for the maintenance of technical and material aspects. The Arceaux area is considered a livable village in the city center, and it is one of the oldest and most historic districts of Montpellier, successfully blending the old and new aspects of the city. This area revolves around two main attractions: an 800-meter-long aqueduct (over 2500 feet) and Europe’s oldest botanical garden, which was established in 1593. This ideally located area is perfectly connected with the tram (T3) and is surrounded by interesting shops and boutiques. You can also find high-quality local products at the famous organic market. The minimum stay is 1 month, and the apartment is eligible for a monthly CAF subsidy of up to 258 euros.
