The room is equipped with a bed, pillow, and blanket—the only thing missing is your personal belongings to make it feel home! For your privacy, you can lock your room. All of our rooms come fully equipped (bed, desk, wardrobe, blanket, pillow, etc.). --------- The shared apartment is located in the "Historic Center - Comédie" area of Montpellier, right in the city center. There are numerous public transport options, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the second floor and ready for occupancy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster, dishes, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and cookware… It also includes an ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Additionally, there are cleaning supplies provided: a dustpan and brush, bagless vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and bucket… All utilities for the furnished shared apartment are included: housing insurance, electricity, property fees, unlimited Wi-Fi, water, and garbage tax. Our apartments have been carefully furnished by our team (washing machine, dishes, decorations, etc.) and we are responsible for technical and material maintenance. --------- The "Comédie" area is named after the "Place de la Comédie," which is home to the "Opéra Comédie." This central square is also known as "Egg Square" (place de l’oeuf) due to its oval shape, and at the center stands the fountain of "Three Graces," which is one of Montpelliers most famous gathering spots honoring the city’s iconic goddesses. It is one of the largest pedestrian zones in Europe, not to be missed! Here you can enjoy beautiful 19th-century architecture, experience the work of street artists, or relax with a drink at one of the many terraces. There are numerous public transport connections nearby (buses, tram lines 1 and 2).
