The room is furnished with a bed, pillows, and comforters—just bring your personal belongings to make it feel home! For privacy, the room can be locked. All our rooms are fully equipped (bed, desk, wardrobe, comforters, pillows, etc.). --------- This shared apartment is located near the "Train Station" in Montpellier, providing easy access to many restaurants, shops, and public transport facilities. The apartment is on the first floor and is fully equipped, including a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, frying pan, microwave, ware, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils... Additionally, the apartment has an iron, hangers, washing machine, and ironing board. You will also find cleaning tools in the shared apartment: bagless vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and dustpan... All furnished shared apartments include all expenses: home insurance, waste tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, electricity, water charges, and property management fees. Since 1858, Place de la Réplique has been located in front of the train station, a small and cozy park you can spend time in the sun. Interestingly, there is a ginkgo tree with a trunk circumference of 4.5 meters (nearly 15 feet!), ly planted when the park opened, providing some shade on the hottest days.
