The room comes equipped with a bed, pillows, and a duvet, just waiting for you to bring your personal items to add a homey touch! For those who seek privacy, the room can be locked. All of our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). --------- The shared apartment is located in the "Les Arceaux" neighborhood, right in the heart of Montpellier. Surrounded by various restaurants, shops, and convenient public transport options, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor and is well-equipped, featuring a spacious kitchen complete with a refrigerator, cookware, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining ware. It also includes a drying rack, washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Cleaning supplies are provided: broom, dustpan, bagless vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket. Each furnished shared apartment includes all bills: property management fees, home insurance, electricity, garbage tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, and water. All of our apartments are comprehensively equipped by our team (washing machine, dishes, decorations, etc.), and we are responsible for technical and material maintenance. --------- The “Arceaux” area is considered a livable inner-city village and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Montpellier, rich in history. It successfully combines the old charm of the city with modern allure. The area centers around two main attractions: an 800-meter-long waterway (over 2500 feet!) and Europe’s oldest botanical garden, founded in 1593. The district is well connected to other parts of the city by tram (T3 line) and is filled with interesting shops and boutiques. Additionally, the famous organic market is held here, you can find the finest local specialties. For nature lovers, the “Peyrou Promenade” offers a fantastic view that you absolutely cannot miss for its unique city panorama! --------- **Minimum Stay: 1 Month** The apartment is eligible for CAF subsidies, up to €258/month. CAF (Caisse dallocations familiales) is a public service available to everyone, including foreigners, which can financially assist you in covering part of your housing costs based on your circumstances.
