All of our rooms come fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). --------- This shared apartment is located in the "Train Station" neighborhood of Montpellier, right in the city center with excellent transportation links, including various public transport lines, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. The apartment is on the first floor and is fully equipped, featuring a large kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, microwave, frying pan, kettle, dishes, toaster, and more. Additionally, the apartment comes with an iron, drying rack, washing machine, and ironing board. Cleaning supplies such as a dustpan and broom, mop and bucket, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. Each furnished shared apartment includes all expenses: property fees, unlimited Wi-Fi, utilities, housing insurance, and garbage tax.
