It is surrounded by numerous shops, public transport, and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator. It is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, including a refrigerator, ware, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, frying pan, toaster, and more. The accommodation also provides an ironing board, iron, washing machine, and drying rack. Additionally, cleaning supplies are available in the shared apartment: broom, bagless vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan, and brush, among others.
