The room comes with a bed, pillows, and bedding — all it needs is your personal belongings to truly feel home! If you require more privacy, the room can be locked. All of our rooms come fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, bedding, pillows, etc.). --------- The shared apartment is located in the Ainay neighborhood of Lyon, right in the city center. There are several shops, restaurants, and public transport options nearby. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, microwave, cookware, dishware, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, the apartment provides an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and washing machine. Cleaning supplies are also provided within the apartment: broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, bagless vacuum cleaner, etc. Each furnished shared apartment includes all utilities: water, unlimited Wi-Fi, property management fees, electricity, home insurance, and waste collection tax. Our apartments are fully supported by a professional team (washing machines, dishes, decorations, etc.) who are responsible for technical and equipment maintenance. --------- Take a look at the neighborhood this shared apartment is located! Ainay is a particularly popular area at the southern tip of the Lyon peninsula (2nd district). It is both a tourist hotspot and exudes a small village atmosphere, beloved by locals. Notably, there are beautiful markets on Wednesdays and Sundays, along with numerous shops and restaurants along pedestrian streets, such as Rue Victor Hugo. Nearby, Place Bellecour is the most famous square in Lyon, offering spectacular views of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The areas many historical sites (abbeys, churches, listed buildings, etc.) make it perfect for leisurely exploration.
