The bedroom comes with a bed, cushions, and a blanket, all thats missing are your personal belongings to make it feel home! For privacy, the room can be locked. All rooms are fully furnished (including bed, desk, wardrobe, blankets, pillows, etc.). The shared apartment is situated in the “Cordeliers” district of Lyon, right in the city center. The area is well-connected with various public transport options, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment is on the first floor and is fully equipped, including a large kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, ware, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and more. The apartment also features facilities such as an ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and washing machine. You will also find cleaning supplies in the shared apartment: broom, dustpan, bagless vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket. Each furnished shared apartment includes all expenses: household waste tax, water fees, unlimited Wi-Fi, property management fees, housing insurance, and electricity.
