All bedrooms are furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). ---------------------- This shared apartment is located in the “Wazemmes” district of downtown Lille, surrounded by numerous restaurants, public transport options, and shops. The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator. It is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cookware, microwave, kitchen utensils, toaster, dishes, and an electric kettle. The apartment also features a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Youll also find cleaning supplies within the apartment, such as a dustpan and broom, bagless vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket. Each furnished shared apartment includes all expenses: housing insurance, household garbage tax, unlimited Wi-Fi, property management fees, and water and electricity costs.
