This fully equipped, furnished shared apartment offers you a cozy private bedroom that perfectly combines comfort and design. The apartment comes with home furniture, including a bed with pillows and a duvet, and the only thing missing is the warm ambiance that makes you feel at home! If you need private space, the room can be locked. All rooms are fully equipped (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows, etc.). This shared apartment is situated in the heart of the block, surrounded by numerous shops, public transport options, and dining venues. The apartment is located on a floor with or without an elevator and is well-equipped with a spacious kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, ware, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the apartment provides everyday items such as an ironing board, washing machine, clothes rack, and iron. We also supply cleaning items, including a bagless vacuum, dustpan, brush, broom, mop, and bucket. The rent for each Joivy shared apartment includes all costs: housing insurance, utilities, unlimited wireless internet, apartment management fees, and household garbage tax. Our team is responsible for equipping all apartments (washing machines, dishes, decorations, etc.) and maintaining the technical and material facilities of the apartments. Minimum stay: 1 month. The apartment is eligible for CAF assistance, with a maximum reimbursement of up to 258 euros per month. The Caisse dallocations familiales (CAF) is a free public service available to everyone (including foreigners). Whether you are French or a foreign national, you can receive assistance based on your circumstances to help pay part of your housing costs. To find out the amount of assistance you may be entitled to, please visit the CAF website and complete the online APL (Housing Assistance) estimation. Service fee: starting from 990 euros, which covers the lease signing and support services throughout your stay. This fee also encompasses equipment maintenance and repair costs, as well as access to our ultra-fast support when needed. Deposit: 1100 euros.
