**Room Description:** This is a private room equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, reading lamp, and wardrobe. Please note that bed linen and pillows are not included; only a mattress protector is provided. **Services and Related Information:** - Maintenance service options available. - Registration is required. - Customer service is provided to address your inquiries and general issues during your stay. - The contract duration is a minimum of 1 month and can be extended up to 12 months. - All fees must be paid via bank transfer, with full payment required before check-in. **General Conditions:** - Photo inventory fee: A one-time payment of €64.15 is required before check-in (this fee ensures that the landlord can refund the deposit based on the condition of the room as shown in the photos). - If your bank account is from abroad, an additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged. - After your booking payment is made, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord containing the necessary information and instructions, and you will be required to provide personal documents and bank information to complete the rental agreement. - If the landlord does not receive all the necessary documents and full payment before check-in, an additional fee of €181.50 will be charged as a temporary contract fee.
