Please note that check-in and check-out times are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you wish to check in or out outside of these hours or on weekends, an additional fee of 100 euros will apply. Each guest will be required to pay an extra charge of 70 euros per month as a billing fee. Additionally, a one-time payment of 13% of the booking amount will be required at check-in as a handling fee. The booking amount refers to the total monthly rent excluding the billing fees. The final cleaning fee for shared and private rooms is 100 euros, while the cleaning fee for the apartment is 200 euros. Special notice: For leases shorter than 12 months, the displayed monthly rent will increase by 40 euros; for leases shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent will increase by 80 euros.
