All payment methods: bank transfer, to be paid in full before check-in. ### General Terms - Before occupying the room, a one-time photographic inventory fee of €64.15 must be paid (this fee ensures the landlord can promptly return the deposit based on the photos taken at check-in and check-out). - If the bank account is an overseas account, an additional fee of approximately €38 will apply. After your booking payment, the landlord will send a welcome email containing all the necessary information and instructions. You will also be asked to provide personal documents and bank information to complete the lease agreement. If the landlord does not receive the required documents and full payment before your check-in, an additional fee of €181.50 will be charged as a last-minute contract fee. A few days prior to your check-in, the landlord will contact you to confirm your arrival time. ### Important Notes If you book on the day of arrival, check-in must occur at least 48 hours later; same-day check-in cannot be arranged.
