Each floor is equipped with shared areas that include 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and 1 dining room, as well as a laundry and cleaning room. The building also features various amenities for your enjoyment, such as a TV lounge, a library, a gym, and a sun terrace. It is important to note that pets are not allowed on our premises. In addition, you will enjoy services such as TV, Wi-Fi, and an elevator. Our building was inaugurated in May 2019 after a complete renovation, so all the furniture and facilities are brand new.
