**Introduction to the Private Room** This private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, lamp, and wardrobe. Please note that only a mattress protector is provided on the bed; bed sheets and pillows are not included. **Services and Important Information:** - Maintenance service may be provided. - Registration is available. - Customer service is offered to answer any questions or inquiries you may have during your stay. - The minimum rental contract period is 1 month, with a maximum of 12 months, and renewal options are available. **Payment Methods:** All fees must be paid via bank transfer, and full payment is required prior to check-in. **General Terms:** - A one-time photography inventory fee of €64.15 must be paid before check-in (this fee ensures that the landlord has photographic evidence of the rooms condition for the return of the deposit). - An additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged if using a foreign bank account. After confirming the reservation, the landlord will send a welcome email containing all necessary information and instructions, and will request personal documents and bank details to complete the rental agreement. If the landlord has not received all required documents and full payment before check-in, an additional fee of €181.50 will be incurred to sign a last-minute contract. In the days leading up to your move-in, the landlord will contact you to confirm your check-in time. **Please Note:** If you make a reservation on the same day, check-in must occur at least 48 hours later. We are unable to provide same-day check-in services.
