**Room Description:** This private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, lighting fixtures, and a wardrobe. Only a mattress protector is provided, and there are no bed linens or pillows included. **Services and Related Information:** - Maintenance services are available. - Check-in procedures can be arranged. - Customer service is provided to address your inquiries and general matters during your stay. - The minimum rental period is 1 month, with a maximum of 12 months, and renewal options are available. **Payment Method:** All fees must be paid via bank transfer, and full payment is required prior to check-in. **General Terms:** - A one-time inventory photo fee of €64.15 is required before moving in (this fee ensures that the landlord can return the deposit due to the photographic evidence of the rooms condition). - If the bank account is a foreign account, an additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged. After your booking fee has been paid, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord containing all necessary information and instructions, along with a request for personal documents and banking information to complete the rental contract. If the landlord does not receive all required documents and the full payment before check-in, you will need to pay an additional €181.50 for processing a temporary contract. A few days prior to your move-in date, the landlord will contact you to arrange a check-in time. **Note:** If the booking is made on the same day, the earliest check-in is permitted 48 hours later. We are unable to accommodate same-day check-in requests.
