**Room Description:** The private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, lighting fixtures, and wardrobe. Please note that the bed only includes a mattress protector and does not come with sheets or pillows. **Services and Related Information:** - Maintenance services are available. - Assistance with registration can be provided. - Customer service is available to answer your inquiries and general questions during your stay. - The lease period ranges from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months and can be renewed. - All payments are to be made via bank transfer, with full payment required before check-in. **General Terms:** - A one-time fee of €64.15 for the property photography inventory must be paid prior to check-in (this fee is to ensure the landlord has photographic records of the rooms condition upon return of the deposit). - An additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged if the bank account is from abroad. Once your booking payment is completed, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord, containing all relevant information and instructions, as well as a request for your personal documents and bank details to finalize the rental agreement. Should the landlord not receive all required documents and full payment before check-in, an additional fee of €181.50 will be charged for last-minute contract processing.
