缺点：这个房子的确比一些新建的公寓年头久一点，而且离学校有点远，尤其是去南校要花更多时间，去理图大约要十五分钟，文图则大概需要半小时。如果选择的房间在街边，住一楼可能会听到车子的声音，晚上也有些人在楼下喧哗，因为附近有不少酒吧。优点：周围的设施真心不错，公寓对面就是火车站，坐火车出行特方便。楼下有好几个超市，离市中心的购物区也不远，买东西特别方便。此外，前台的工作人员都很负责，人也很友好。
