**Renting Information for Available Room** We currently have a spacious bedroom available for rent in a modern-style shared apartment. The apartment features a shared bathroom, and the rent includes all utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and weekly cleaning services. The location is prime, just a 5-minute walk to the city center, and within walking distance to the Conde de Casal metro station (Line 6) and Menéndez Pelayo metro station (Line 1), which is about a 9-minute walk. The apartment is situated in a vibrant and fun neighborhood, close to the renowned Retiro Park (Parque del Retiro), as well as some of Madrids most iconic museums, including the Reina Sofia Art Museum.
