Is subletting so difficult now? I gave in while in London.

Renewed my apartment lease for September in advance. Now, due to personal reasons, I have to go back. Trying to transfer it out 😭 Is it that difficult? 💰 Price negotiable. The room decoration is pretty good, all real photos. Convenient for school, not far from both bus 🚌 and subway 🚇 downstairs. Urgently seeking help.
