Bucun is mainly for penny-pinching, as long as it's livable, it's all good 😉😉

For regular families, as long as it's clean and tidy, it's all good. A single person renting the room is just right, utilities are all included, making things easy-peasy. It's also very convenient to get to the University of Queensland, there's a bus stop downstairs, and it's a direct 8-minute ride to the school. 🚌
