Is there any good option for living alone in Brisbane S2?

I'm looking for a place with a room size of 300 square meters or more. It'd be best if it's fully furnished and ready to move in. I'm open to sharing with roommates, but I prefer not to live with foreigners. Our lifestyles might be too different, especially considering unique body odors. Just the thought of it makes me want to cry. Anyone around UQ looking to team up? I have a place, just need roommates.
