Help! Am I the only one who thinks that London toilets are hard to find?

Don't rush to bookmark, this is a brainstorming post 🙈 I haven't even gone to London yet and I'm already anxious about finding a decent toilet!!! It's so hard to find a restroom when you're out 😭 Please share any new restroom tips and tricks! Some of the tips shared by many bloggers before have expired.
