🎈 I just wanted to say, if there's a lazy good friend to go to Peking University with, this 3-bedroom place is perfect. It's not too small, right across the road from the South Gate. Just cross the street, and you're on campus; you can even see the school from upstairs! 🎈 Plus, there's a huge fridge, a separate washing machine. Don't worry about utilities; I've got those covered. Feel free to use them as you like!
