Canberra River view 🏠 Subletting, walking distance to ANU for school.

Don't worry about ventilation and lighting at all! The view here is so amazing; it feels like being surrounded by happiness every day. When you open your eyes, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yaralun coast!! The facilities in the house 🍊 and the building are quite comprehensive. There's a gym, a café, a restaurant, and more. Super convenient~ It takes about 5 minutes to walk to ANU, so you can snooze a bit more. The only downside is you can't have a fluffy little cutie 😭.
