I can't believe it! Does Brisbane have such a huge balcony 🏠?

This floor plan in picture one is no joke. The balcony is indeed spacious, and it's even a corner one. There's enough room to sun-dry quilts that are practically etched into your bones. Hahaha. Commute to UQ is around 34 minutes, and if you're driving, it's approximately 18 minutes. There's also a shopping mall nearby for some good ol' leisurely strolls~ All-inclusive bills, furniture, appliances, and yes, air conditioning is included.
