The house isn't particularly large, but it's very functional!! It's also very cozy, with a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the night view when you have nothing else to do~ Quite delightful~ 🚶‍♂️300 meters to reach Toowong train station; 700 meters away is the ferry terminal. 🏫 Only 1.8 km away from the St. Lucia campus of the University of Queensland, with many banks nearby including Commonwealth, ANZ, NAB, BOQ, and plenty of delicious restaurants.
