🤔 Well, the 800 student apartment is not only far from the city center but also the price is just okay, not much lower than the student apartments near the University of Birmingham! 👉🏻 However, the facilities inside are quite new, the room size is relatively large, and right across the street is a large shopping center; the area around is quite lively! 👉🏻 Next to it is the Selly Oak train station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It's a 20-minute walk to the University of Birmingham. If you're okay with the commute, 800 is still pretty good!
