🏠 It's a 30-minute drive to UQ. The indoor furniture is complete, and it comes with a parking space. There's a queen-size 🛏️, but I don't need the parking space, reserving it for my future roommate. The building is quite new, with a beautiful view of the Brisbane River. 💰 Approximately 5 🥚🥚 per person, so if you're on a tight budget, maybe not your cue.
