London subletting (haven't deleted yet) relatively urgent, can 🔪

This little house is something my friend and I spotted at first glance after searching for a long time together!! I've lived in many apartments in London, but this has been the most satisfying six months ever. The surrounding life is also very convenient, whatever you need, you've got it 😭 The apartment's maintenance team is also very prompt! 🚶10 minutes to Wembley Park subway station, you can also take the Jubilee Line or Metropolitan Line, and in 20 minutes, you're straight to Bond Street, Liverpool Street 🏫 It's convenient to get to UCL, KCL as well 🚶Sainsbury's, Coop, Lidl, Chinese supermarket, BoxPark, Wembley Outlet, post office; It's best if you can cover the lease term, whole rent (you can find roommates yourself) is preferred. Both my friend and I take good care of the house, and we have real photos and videos to show. If you're sure, we can also provide a lot of household items for free (if not needed, we'll take them all before we move out).
