The room comes with a fridge, microwave, oven, double bed, desk and chair, spacious wardrobe, and ample storage space. Approximately 1 kilometer from the University of Birmingham, it's about a 17-minute walk. The Business School is 1200 meters away, a 20-minute walk. The bus stop right outside can take you directly to the city (close to buses 45, 47, 61, and 63). There's a football field in the backyard, and next to it, a small river. Crossing the road from the main entrance, there's a large and beautiful park where you can soak up the sun. Costa is just at the doorstep, and within 300 meters, you'll find a convenience store, Marks & Spencer, Western restaurants, burger joints, dessert shops, bars, cafes, and even covers the bill.
