I prefer not to have foreign roommates; it'd be best if we're all Chinese international students. 🚇 Commute: (to UCL in 16 minutes) 2 minutes to Finsbury Underground Station, take the Victoria line for 4 stops, approximately 7 minutes to UCL. 🌍 Surroundings: Finsbury Park is nearby, where you can enjoy outdoor greenery. Located in North London, the area is bustling. There's a supermarket and convenience store downstairs in the apartment building. Nearby on Holloway Road, there are also large cinemas, markets, and malls. Entertainment and leisure are abundant. 💁 Apartment Services: 1. Full wooden flooring with underfloor heating, keeping it warm in winter. 2. Well-equipped facilities, free cleaning service, 24-hour gym access, staff on duty 24/7, free printing service, and good reception service. But to be honest, the noise is a bit loud. The gym is on the ground floor and can get pretty noisy. There's also noise from the railway in the east direction. So, it's best to avoid lower floors and rooms facing east.
