Although I could opt for long-term rental or short-term lease, I still prefer staying in London for a few days when I visit. No need to splurge on accommodation. This one is £280 per week, suitable for solo or sharing with friends. It's located in the city center, the house is decent, and the facilities are pretty good too! It's more suitable for a short stay like ours, I think.
